What this catalog covers

Every company on this page is privately held unless its card says otherwise. For each one AXEVIL tracks the consensus secondary share price, the post-money valuation implied by the latest round, the full funding history, and the news that moves those numbers. Figures come from primary sources — filings, round announcements and completed secondary transactions — and every page states the source and the date the data was last refreshed, because a valuation without a date is not information.

How access works

AXEVIL structures each transaction as a dedicated US special purpose vehicle: one SPV per deal, so an investor’s exposure is limited to the company they chose. Accreditation, subscription documents, capital calls and distributions all happen inside the platform. Availability differs by company and by jurisdiction, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell securities.
