How do I request a data deletion?
As part of our continuing dedication to data security, customer privacy, and GDPR compliance, OnceHub offers all customers the opportunity to request data deletion for any data associated with their account. Under Article 17 of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to request erasure of personal data if the data is no longer needed or consent has been withdrawn.You can request a data deletion at any time from within the app.Please note that this request is irreversible - once you have requested for your data to be deleted you will not be able to access your account again ❌
For this reason, we would always recommend making sure your report has been received by the organisation that requested it before requesting this.
