You can ask Axevil Capital, LLC to delete the personal data we hold about you. Send the request with the form below and we will confirm by e-mail once it has been actioned.

Before you send

  • Use the e-mail address the data is held under — that address is how we locate your records and how we reply.
  • We answer within 30 days, as required under GDPR Art. 17 and equivalent US state privacy law.
  • Some records must be retained where law requires it (for example AML, tax and securities record-keeping). Where that applies we delete everything else and tell you what was kept and why.
  • Deleting your data ends any newsletter or platform communication tied to it.

— Such securities may have transfer and resale restrictions.

— Independent legal, tax, and financial consultation is strongly recommended before making investment decisions.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE):
— Investment interest offerings are not public in the UAE.
