About d-Matrix
It makes Corsair inference accelerators with in-memory computing without HBM, which work in a server next to NVIDIA GPUs. Founders Sid Sheth and Sudeep Bhoja led Inphi; in September 2026, a multi-year partnership with NVIDIA was signed.
d-Matrix is an American developer of inference accelerators for data centers, founded in 2019 in Santa Clara. The Corsair architecture does without HBM memory, the shortage of which limits the entire industry: two chips on the board are placed in the server next to the GPU. Since September 2026, NVIDIA has been integrating d-Matrix accelerators into its racks, and according to The Information on October 8, it is preparing to enter the company's capital as well. The founders previously led Inphi, which was sold to Marvell for $10 billion, and over 20 years shipped more than 100 million chips. A Series C round for $275 million took place in November 2025 at a valuation of $2 billion, with a total of $450 million raised. A new round is currently underway at a valuation of approximately $6 billion, with Axevil entering at $5.5 billion.
