How to onboard a client in Axevil Pro
Invite, identity check, accreditation, then an allocation in the client’s own name — what the adviser does and what only the client can do.
The short answer
You create the client’s profile in Axevil Pro and send an invitation. The client completes their own identity check and accreditation in the app — that part cannot be done for them — and once their status is confirmed you can allocate on their behalf. The whole sequence is digital. The slow steps are the ones outside the platform: the client finding their accreditation evidence, and the transfer clearing.
Five steps
Create the client profile in Axevil Pro: name, contact details, country of tax residence. Send the invitation. The client receives a link to the app and creates their own account against it. The client passes the identity check and completes accreditation in the app — about five minutes with the right document to hand. You can see the status at each stage. Once accreditation is confirmed, choose the deal and submit the subscription in the client’s name. Subscription documents are generated per client, per SPV.
What each side sees afterwards
The client sees their own positions, valuations, documents and distributions in the app; you see the same data across every mandate you run, plus the aggregate. Statements are issued on a regular cycle and appear in both places. The valuation conventions are the same ones described in how the valuation of a position is updated — they move on events at the company, not on a monthly mark. Tax reporting is produced at the SPV level and handed to the client to file with. Axevil does not give tax advice; see KYC, AML and your data.
Where onboarding usually stops
Accreditation evidence that is out of date, or in a different name from the profile. Both come back, and both are quick to fix. A client resident in a jurisdiction that has to be checked before they can participate. Raise it before the invitation, not after. An entity client — a company, a trust, a foundation. These can qualify, but the checks extend to the people behind the structure and take longer than an individual’s.
