About Hadrian
Builds software-defined autonomous factories that manufacture high-precision metal parts for rockets, satellites, aircraft, drones, and submarines. Model: 'factory as a service.'
Hadrian is an American manufacturer of high-precision metal parts for rockets, satellites, aircraft, drones, and submarines. Founded in November 2020 by Chris Power in Los Angeles, headquartered in Torrance. It builds factories where CNC machines and robots operate under its proprietary Opus software, which generates machining programs from customer blueprints and inspects finished parts on its own — so a new technician can be trained in about a month. Hadrian now sells entire production lines and factories built for Pentagon programs and major defense contractors, and Opus is used by the Army and Navy. In August 2026 a $1.37B Series D valued the company at $7.87B — nearly five times its January valuation; total funding raised exceeds $1.8B.
