Common questions

Is Axevil a broker?

No. Axevil Capital, LLC operates as an investment adviser relying on an exemption from registration and has filed with the SEC as an Exempt Reporting Adviser (SEC file No. 802-126907; CRD No. 323970). It is not a broker-dealer and is not a member of FINRA or SIPC. The full statement is in the legal disclosures.

What tax will I pay?

That depends on your jurisdiction and your own circumstances. Axevil provides reporting at the SPV level so you or your adviser can file; it does not give tax advice. See KYC, AML and your data for what reporting is issued.

What happens to the documents I upload?

They are processed for identity, sanctions and source-of-funds checks, kept for as long as anti-money-laundering law requires, and handled under the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at data deletion, subject to the retention the law imposes.
