Common questions
What is the minimum investment?
It is set per deal, and the figure that applies is shown on that deal’s card in the app before you commit to anything. Minimums differ between deals because they follow the size of the allocation Axevil secured and the terms of the SPV, so no single number holds across the platform. How to subscribe to a deal walks through where it appears.
How long does accreditation take?
About five minutes in the app if you have your supporting document to hand. Review happens after you submit, and you are notified in the app when the status changes. How to complete investor accreditation lists what counts as evidence.
Do I have to be a US citizen?
No. What is required is accredited-investor status and residence in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted; citizenship on its own decides nothing. Axevil works with investors qualified under the US rules and under equivalent regimes elsewhere — see who can invest through Axevil.
Can I invest through a company or a trust?
Entities can qualify as accredited investors under the US rules, and the same checks then apply to the entity and to the people who control it. Whether a particular structure can be accepted depends on its jurisdiction and its documents, so ask the team before you start: contact us.
